Under the Oklahoma Financial Privacy Act, we will only share your records as allowed by law (e.g., with regulators or pursuant to legal process). If we experience a breach affecting unencrypted personal data, we will notify you “without unreasonable delay” and, if 500+ residents are impacted, also notify the Oklahoma Attorney General.
